From the 29th March we can get back to running in groups of 6 and we will be delivering our usual high quality and well organised runs from the usual locations – see below for details.
Runners are required to sign up in advance of the run using the sign up sheets on our MEMBERS Facebook page. This ensures that we deliver runs within the current guidelines and can fulfill our track and trace obligations.
HRRC are committed to delivering good quality training sessions aimed at helping runners improve. We will adapt these sessions over time to ensure that all runners experience a variety of training styles and a variety of terrain. Obviously some of this is seasonal but we will update our sessions on the Facebook page and in here.
