Mir Jansen

Mir Jansen – Welfare Officer

Mir took up running in 2008 and was a member of Steel City Striders for several years. She holds a Leader in Running Fitness qualification and has invested some of her time in developing a running group across Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. Mir delivered this to help our local NHS staff develop their physical and mental well being.

Mir loves running the Peak District trails especially the longer and more challenging routes. She is looking to improve on what she has achieved already and wants to focus on ultra trail routes in the coming years.
