Strength & Conditioning

Friday Strength & Conditioning

HRRC are now able to provide our very own Strength & Conditioning sessions on a Friday evening. These take place at Hinde House School on Shiregreen Lane (close to Concord Sports Centre)

We currently offer two evening sessions starting at 1830 & 1930 and each sessions lasts for 60 minutes.

The sessions take our members through a range of strengthening exercises aimed at delivering better co-ordination and running form as well as strengthening those that are looking to increase training volumes towards a goal race.

These sessions are currently available to our first claim members and will be limited to 16 people/session. Our members can sign up for the weekly sessions on our google sign up sheet below. Each session sign up is released weekly on a Saturday.

Each session will be £2/week and can be paid on the night. If you sign up for a session but can’t make it then please delete your request to free up the slot for somebody else. We expect these sessions to be very popular.

Second claim members can access any remaining slots from the day before the planned sessions (Thursday)
