Tuesday Night Track Session

We have a track session on Tuesday evening at Chaucer School located on Wordsworth Avenue. Right next door to the Asda Supermarket – S5 8NH.

The session starts at 7pm and is only open to members of HRRC. The sessions are taken by club coach Simon Bennett and David Palmer and will involve a series of warm up drills followed by a number of varying efforts and recoveries. The track schedule is advertised on our members Facebook page and at the foot of this page. We run it in blocks of six months (October – April and April to October)

Our next sessions will start on the 5th October.

The cost for a six month block for members of HRRC is £20. Non-members are charged at £30. Payments for membership should be by bank transfer to the clubs bank account below.

Wharncliffe Sider with Rose

HRRC hosted our first trail race on 11th August with almost 200 runners taking part. Winner of the race in a new course record was Ruaridh Mon-Williams of Ilkely Harriers who completed the course in 28:54. Abbie Pearse won the womens race in 33:35
